a suggestion for this theme:
a copyright line at the bottom of the site and a "top" link, like in your newewst theme:

would be nice in this theme, too.
How can I make it?

well, this is already a small customization but if you are good enough with html and css here is how i would do it:
open the avisio souce code and copy the party from the footer you want to have in your own footer as reference. then open footer.php and add tht code above the body tag. last thing to do is to add new css rules to your style.css file to make it look right. If you are not familiar enough with html and css to get this done I would recommend to hire someone here:
