Hi.
I have the following suggestions:
-allow posts to be deleted.
-don't limit the time we are allowed to edit the posts. Sometimes we find solutions on our own or want to change the question and it's too late..
-add an option to flag certain posts so that those show up on top and are answers to frequently asked question (this same you and us time)
Create a new thread and tell me what problems you are encountering and what you want to know. 
There is no step 3 :)
