In portfolio page when we click READ MORE button its text is totally different than it was showing on portfolio page.

Hey,
maybe you insert a completely different text in the "excerpt field" ? WordPress takes this text instead of the auto generated excerpt.

Got it thanx ;). Excxerpt field was missing at my end.
