    Dear support

since update to new enfold version we have a problem with the tab content for example on this page:

    http://rfid-finder.com/rfid-softwareloesungen/l-mobile-trace-mobile-rfid-softwareloesung/

    1. tab is loaded well, after switching to next tab the layersliders are not loaded at right position. We changed layerslider settings but effect is not reversible. The Layersliders are inside the tabs.
Some other issues regarding layerslider we can fix but this…. Any idea?

    Best Regards Marc

    Dear support

issues still existing. We found some new problem. Since update another plugin WP Floating Menu PRO is also not working anymore. This plugin should be visible on every page as sidemenu. Now it is only “half” visible on broken layslider/ tab page:

You can see it at the right. I now think this is more a layerslider issue than a enfold problem? Maybe its caused on some js problems?

    Best Regards Marc

    Hi,

Could you try deactivating all plugins to see if one of them is causing a conflict please? If that is not the case then please post admin login details in private so that we can have a closer look.

Please note that we don’t provide support for third party plugins.

    Best regards,
    Rikard

    Hello Rikard

I know you don`t provide support for third party pluins. But before enfold update it everything was running. Also this mistake is only in the tab section of this page, everything else runs normal.

This page is the one with the error. Also you can try in frontpage –> if you reload page with some other active tab, tab is loaded fine. If you switch tab and layslider is broken.

    Thanks for your help

    Hi!

The latest version of the theme includes the latest patch of the layer slider plugin. Please try to edit the layer sliders then toggle the Slider Settings > Layout options. Try to set it to “Responsive” or “Fixed” then adjust the canvas size settings.

    Best regards,
    Ismael
