How can I adjust the size of the default 125x125 banners? I want to make various sizes (ex: 125x425) using the wordpress widget feature. I've already implemented a way using the text widget, but I want to add the nice curved box and padding that you have on your default 125x125 ad banners.

The sidebar was designed to accommodate the 125 x 125 images, any bigger and they won't fit the 2 column sidebar you see on the Demo.
If you want to increase the image size in the 1 column sidebar layout, you should upload the larger images and add them to the sidebar. The image provides padding and the border regardless of the image size so there should be no problems there. :)
