Hi there, I've just bought the Display 3-in-1 template which looks amazing. I have used FileZilla to get the files and connected it to my host which is Just Host. After hours of trying to connect the template to my url their technical department have told me that "We have tried to install the template for you, but it failed. Please contact company where you have bought this template".

Please could you help me connect the template to my host? I can see the files at Just Host but it wont connect.

1) Did you buy the wordpress version of Display?

2) Did you upload the right zip file? If you recieve a "broken theme" message upon installing you might want to check out this installation tutorial by Themeforest as well:
