The Dynamic Templates Box does not appear on my pages

Theme: Angular
I want to load the dynamic template called "Frontpage" onto my website homepage (which is called "Auction Home"). However, the dynamic templates box does not appear in the lower right corner of the page when I go to the Auction Home page. I looked under Screen Options and checked all boxes, but still I don't have the dynamic template selection box.

I figured out my problem. On the page of interest, there is a Layout box toward the bottom right side. One must select Dynamic Temples in the Layout box and then the Dynamic Template box appears below where one can select the template of choice (built in the Template Builder).

Issue is resolved.
