    Hi,

    please can you check what is going on with this installation. Latest version of WP and Enfold theme, but after theme activation there is a lot code from your framework in the header. You will see, just try to activate theme.

    Thank you for using Enfold.

    Maybe the update is incomplete. Please try to delete the entire enfold folder in the themes directory then replace it with a new one You can download the files directly in your themeforest account.

    Hi,

    this is not a theme update. This is new installation on blank WordPress freshly installed.

    I uploaded theme once again just to be sure, but again same thing. In attachment is FTP data so you can check this issue.

    Since you have replied to your own thread multiple times it has been sent to the back of our queue, we respond to request on a first come first serve basis. We’ll be happy to help you out installing the theme if you still should need help. There is nothing wrong with the theme if installed properly and works for thousands of customers around the world.

    I didn’t say there was anything wrong with the theme, I just said I had a problem installing it. There is something wrong with your customer support though, that’s what I said!

    If you would like to install Enfold again, please try installing the theme via FTP – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/portfolio-item/install-enfold-theme-with-ftp/
    If that too does not help, please upload the file you have downloaded from ThemeForest to your server and let us know know where so we can install it for you.
    If you would like to install it on a testing environment firstly, please create one.
