Wouldn't let me login finally got it to work. But not of the buttons work on login and bring this error up.

Hi,
What version of Shoutbox are you using? I just installed Shoutbox 1.0.5 (according to Appearance > Themes) onto WordPress 3.3.2 and don't receive a message so I'm wondering if it's possible you're using an older version of the theme.
