    Hi,

    I’ve been working on cleaning up my site after it was hacked into. The theme files were corrupted during the hack. I’ve deleted and reinstalled Enfold but can’t get Avia to work. Help!

    Hey,

    Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    Login credentials include:

    • The URL to the login screen.
    • A valid username (with full administration capabilities).
    • As well as a password for that username.
    • permission to deactivate plugins if necessary.

    I’ve just noticed, in Social Profiles there is a weird symbol next to add new, and add new doesn’t work…

    Hi,

    Please try de-activating all active plugins and check if that helps. If it does not, please try re-updating the theme via FTP – kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

    No joy, the site has strange characters throughout, there should be a slider on the right of the first para on the homepage, it only shows up as something off when hovered over…

    Character encoding was set to utf7, i changed it to utf8. Please review your website :)
