    Hey guys,

    First off, I love the theme – great work on the design, it is very easy to customize and really suits our every need.

    Now to our problem – the theme was working great until about a week and a half ago – I did not make any changes (I am just passively working on this project and hadn’t touched it in about a month). I did the normal troubleshooting – downloaded any updates to the theme – installed the new files, deactivated all widgets one by one to see if that was causing the issue, etc…I even went as far as deleting the whole theme and re-uploading but it is still not working – I cannot get it to load (Note: If I change the WP theme to any other theme I have the site loads without a problem). This is my first WordPress site so forgive me if I am overlooking anything, but I am out of ideas to troubleshoot. The domain we have this loaded on is http://onlinedealbroker.com/ I do have Abundance as the current theme right now so you can see the issue.

    Any help is appreciated!

    Please try to activate the wp_debug mode which helps us to locate the error. Open up wp_config.php in the main wordpress installation folder and replace:

    define('WP_DEBUG', false);

    with:

    define('WP_DEBUG', true);

    Strange – WP doesn’t output any php errors at all which makes it very hard to locate the flaw. Did you deactivate all plugins? Maybe one causes an issue. Have you tried to install the theme on another server (local on your pc or on a server of another hoster)? Maybe your hoster can provide error logs? Make sure that you’re using PHP5.2+ (required for the theme and WP3.2+).

    Sorry for delay in response here – Have been traveling for work…

    I did deactivate all plugins and it was not the issue. I haven’t tried hosting on another server, but we are switching servers in the next few days so I will know then. We have been having issues with php on our server when they were receiving a lot of traffic (That is our reason for switching servers – I just found out about this problem this week, so my apologies in advance if that does turn out to be the problem). If it is still not loading after we change servers I will let you know – I appreciate the help so far! Hopefully the switch fixes the problem…
