    Hello:

I am testing this theme out on my website, and I uploaded the unpacked theme to the ftp server. i set the theme as active, and then try to setup the options in the Twicet Options sidebar menu. When I click on the menu (or any of the subpages), I get an error that says the page cannot be displayed. I tried it with the regular admin user logged in, and my created admin user. both will not render the page. any ideas?

I switch to another theme, with an options page and it displays without issue.

    Thanks.

If you’re using the theme installer and uploading the ZIP file you downloaded from Theme Forest, the folder contains the PSD’s in one folder and the theme files in another so the uploader won’t work.

You need to extract the ZIP files and upload only the “twicet” folder by FTP. If you can’t, then you could ZIP up the theme folder and use this with the theme uploader.

    Hi James:

I unzipped the package and ftp’d it to the server the first time i tried it, just uploading the Twicet theme to the wp-content/themes folder on my web server. I then copied the PSD folder up there to see if there was any relative path issues in the theme that required that folder also on the webserver, and it didn’t solve the problem.

I am using an admin user to attempt to pull up the options, but I also tried with the root admin user without any luck.

    Any other suggestions?

    Thanks for you help!

Please set me up a WordPress admin account and email the login details, URL and a copy of Twicet WP (just the theme folder not the PSD’s) to support {at} jamesmorrisondesign {dot} com with the subject:

Kriesi | Twicet | olepete | Theme Options Getting Cannot Display Webpage Error

and I’ll try to activate it for you.
