    Sadly I cannot answer you directly to your last message as i don’t have the purchase code. It was an old admin that no one got contact with anymore :(

    I checked your documentation but apparently “This plugin has been closed as of July 27, 2023 and is not available for download. Reason: Security Issue.”

    Could you please send me the code related to this website?
    So I could maybe update the version
    Otherwise you got my access on my last message if possible to do the same

    Thanks for the update. I’m not sure which plugin you are referring to, we are selling and supporting a theme called Enfold here. We cannot send you the theme files unfortunately, they can only be downloaded from your Themeforest account. If you don’t have, or can’t get access to the account which was used to purchase your theme copy, then I would suggest that you purchase another license: https://themeforest.net/item/enfold-responsive-multipurpose-theme/4519990
