    Hey guys, I have connected my theme forest account in the update theme section but the updates do not show up? This is described on your blog FAQ as a common possibility.I did a few updates which showed up during the last year but since version 3.0.4 no updates show up any more. As far as I understood the recent version is 3.2. I searched the forum but could not find any threads related to that issue.
    Do I have to install the plugin “envato-wordpress-toolkit”, or do I have to install the theme manually means by uploading the new zip file all the time?

    Hi Oliver!

    make sure your API key is correct and try to update via FTP. Afterwards update notifications should work.

    Hi Andy
    I updated the theme and wordpress but now nothing works all data seem to be lost or at least the backend is not working correctly!! It doesn’t matter if I open a post, portfolio entry or any other page what we created in advance. The page builder does not show up in the backend and the content can’t be edited. Any time we update the theme we face issues afterwards?? That sucks.

    Hi Andy
    this morning we received ne updates for contact form 7 and wpml. It seems like the issue we faced was related to these plugins….after the update everything is up running. We will come back if we face issues. Thanks so far.
