theme update / error when downloading file

Hi Support
we are trying to do an update through the backend connecting to the themeforest update
we get the following error, see screenshot in private box.
Please could you let us know why this is happening

If we copy the link, it downloads without any issue.

Could you try updating via FTP instead please? http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
