Could you help me in how could i edit the codes, intended to translate some words?

Please unzip the files and afterwards open the .po file with Poedit (http://www.poedit.net/download.php) and translate it. Save the translated file under following name "you-language-shortcut".po

At least you save/upload the generated .po and .mo files in your main theme folder.
