   How can we make these thumbnail?

   In the options we have not found how to do it.
   These thumbnail from the old theme.

   Hey,
   you need to set a featured image - go to the post editor page and click the "upload button" under the text editor to upload one or more featured images. They will appear as thumbs on the blog and as slider/background images on single pages/posts.
