If you have troubles since the update to WordPress 4.5 please read this post before opening a new thread.
Whenever I upload images, the full-size image is created but the thumbnail images are not created. Therefore, the masonry page displays the images clipped to width and in full height among other issues.
Thank you in advance for your assistance.
I just wanted to elaborate more on this issue. I first installed the theme on my local system (a Mac). On the Mac, whenever I upload an image, it generates thumbnail images (in the same directory) for the master file in sizes: 48×48, 80×80, 130×130, 200xNNN, 240xNNN, 300xNNN, 430xNNN. I installed Flashlight on my Linux host and when I upload images to it, the master image is created, but the thumbnails are not created. I will get a progress bar about the upload being crunched, but no thumbnails. I doubt it’s a permission problem, because the master file is created. Does PHP or PrettyPicture generate the thumbnail files? Are there any plugins or extensions I may need on the host that were not included in the Flashlight package (but were on my Mac [curiously enough]).
One a side-note. I had hunted for a good template to display my work on before I finally came upon yours. You do some good design work.
