What causes the ‘dash’ not to show up in a the title of a post? All my titles such as my headline and sub-headlines on my posts have dashes in them however they are not showing up in the post. Any idea why?

However this headline is displaying like this…
The Indoor Air Pollution Myth Is your indoor Air Toxic?
No dash. Any idea why and how I can fix this?
try to use a html entity instead of the dash symbol (a list can be found here): http://htmlhelp.com/reference/html40/entities/special.html
I.e. instead of – use: & ndash; or & #8211; or & #x2013; (without space between & and the other characters).
Thanks I did try these and they don’t work. It appears something is just removing them as when I reload the page the dash is there for a split second but then is removed. Is there anything in the theme that could be causing this?
Oh – in this case it sounds like your cufon font doesn’t support dashes. Try to use another font instead. The font itself doesn’t support the character (it’s not a limitation of cufon or our theme but the font creator just didn’t add the dash to the font characters).
