Title under logo?

   With the site's frontpage, I can create a dynamic template and uses the Header/Sub element to customise the title under the logo, but what about blog posts? It currently shows "Blog - Latest News" on all my blog posts.

   Is it possible to put the blog's title to show up there instead?

   Hey,
   yes - search for following line in angular\single.php and angular\template-blog.php:
   

   $title  = __('Blog - Latest News', 'avia_framework'); //default blog title

   and replace it with:
   

   $title  = get_the_title(); //default blog title

   May I please ask you what you would put in the code if you wanted to have your own text instead of your site's title on the single posts? For example, my site's title is called "online evangelism" but on top my single blog posts I want my title to say, "News, How-To's, & Other Interesting Stuff".

   I know that you guys have a new support system as I read in a recent post by Kriesi. In the blog post, Kriesi said it was okay to re-post any questions that didn't get resolved. So if you don't mind, I'm going to re-post my question please:

   May I please ask you what you would put in the code if you wanted to have your own text instead of your site's title on single posts? For example, my site's title is called "online evangelism" but on top my single blog posts I want my title to say, "News, How-To's, & Other Interesting Stuff".

   Hi Peter,

   If you open up the page that you have selected to hold your Blog (the one you've selected in the Theme options), you can change the name of that page to "News, How-To's, & Other Interesting stuff" and then make sure it doesn't have a subtitle in the subtitle option (located after the Featured Media buttons).

   Hi Devin,

   Thank you so much for your feedback, I really appreciate it. While this does work just fine for my blog page, my question was in regards to my single posts. At the top of every single one of my posts is the title of the blog and that title is not "news, how-to's, and other interesting stuff". The title that shows up on my single posts on top of my title is "blog – latest news".

   Maybe you can see what I'm talking about if you compare these two links between my blog page and a single post:

   http://dev.notashamedofthegospel.com/online-evangelism/is-this-blog-for-you/ - single post

   http://dev.notashamedofthegospel.com/blog - my blog page

   You can change this text in angular\single.php and angular\template-blog.php - please search for following line and change the text as required:

   $title  = __('Blog - Latest News', 'avia_framework'); //default blog title
