Hi,
how can i close the Top Banner Message forever?
it should be never shown and always be closed.

Please go to Choices > Theme Options and scroll down to the "Top Banner Message" option field. Delete the entire text which can be found in the textarea (so that the textarea field is empty) ans save the settings. Choices will check the option value and if it's empty it will simply ignore the top banner message.
