    Hi,
    i have purchased a webfont and got some instructions what i have to do in order to fullfil the license requirements.
    Amongst other things i have to ‘copy and paste’ a tracking code into the head section of the page.

    I was trying to modifiy the header.php but couldn’t get the right syntax.

    So my question is: How should look like their tracking code in an flashligth theme environment ?

    <style type="text/css">
    @import url("http://fast.fonts.net/lt/1.css?apiType=css&c=xxxxxx-xxxxxx-xxxxxx&fontids=xxxxxx");
    @font-face{font-family:"HisName X00";
    src:url("path_to_fonts/xxxxxx/oooooooo.eot?#iefix");
    src:url("path_to_fonts/xxxxxx/oooooooo.eot?#iefix") format("eot"),url("path_to_fonts/xxxxxx/pppppppp.woff") format("woff"),url("path_to_fonts/xxxxxx/qqqqqqqq.ttf") format("truetype"),url("path_to_fonts/xxxxxx/qqqqqqqq.svg#xxxxxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxxxxxxx") format("svg");
    }
    </style>

    I suppose i have to use the first line of the above snippet in the header.php in the following syntax:

    <link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" href="http://fast.fonts.net/lt/1.css?apiType=css&c=xxxxxx-xxxxxx-xxxxxx&fontids=xxxxxx" media="screen">

    …but don’t know what is to do with the rest of the code …from the beginning of ‘@font-face{font-family:…’ to the end.

    If i’m using only the code for the font files in the custom.css everything works fine…but this probably doesn’t meet their license requirements.

    Thanks guys for the great theme,
    The blogwaeltler

    Hey!

    Can you post the instructions they have provided you?

    Cheers!

    Hi Josue,

    sure, here are the instructions what they want:

    @font-face css-only implementation instructions
    The CSS-only implementation does not require Javascript but can slightly delay loading of other page elements. Click here for asynchronous web fonts implementation…

    Font file names have been obfuscated to protect the font software. You can identify font format based on file ending:
    1 – TrueType (ttf)
    2 – Embedded OpenType (eot)
    3 – Web Open Font Format (woff)
    4 – Scalable Vector Graphics (svg)

    …You must also retain the page view tracking code on any Web Site…Copy and paste the following code into the head section of the page:

    <style type="text/css">
    @import url("http://fast.fonts.net/lt/1.css?apiType=css&c=xxxxxx-xxxxxx-xxxxxx&fontids=xxxxxx");
    @font-face{font-family:"HisName X00";
    src:url("path_to_fonts/xxxxxx/oooooooo.eot?#iefix");
    src:url("path_to_fonts/xxxxxx/oooooooo.eot?#iefix") format("eot"),url("path_to_fonts/xxxxxx/pppppppp.woff") format("woff"),url("path_to_fonts/xxxxxx/qqqqqqqq.ttf") format("truetype"),url("path_to_fonts/xxxxxx/qqqqqqqq.svg#xxxxxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxxxxxxx") format("svg");
    }
    </style>

    Licensing information should be included within the CSS
    /*
    This CSS resource incorporates links to font software which is the valuable copyrighted
    property of xxxxxx and/or its suppliers. You may not attempt to copy, install,
    redistribute, convert, modify or reverse engineer this font software. Please contact xxxxxx
    with any questions regarding Web Fonts: …
    */

    For the licensing information i have used the custom.css, but for the code snippet: i’m still not entirely at home with this.

    Best regards and thanks,

    Hey!

    Have you tried putting this in the custom.css too?

    @import url("http://fast.fonts.net/lt/1.css?apiType=css&c=xxxxxx-xxxxxx-xxxxxx&fontids=xxxxxx");
    @font-face{font-family:"HisName X00";
    src:url("path_to_fonts/xxxxxx/oooooooo.eot?#iefix");
    src:url("path_to_fonts/xxxxxx/oooooooo.eot?#iefix") format("eot"),url("path_to_fonts/xxxxxx/pppppppp.woff") format("woff"),url("path_to_fonts/xxxxxx/qqqqqqqq.ttf") format("truetype"),url("path_to_fonts/xxxxxx/qqqqqqqq.svg#xxxxxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxxxxxxx") format("svg");
    }

    Without the styles HTML tags.

    Cheers!
    Josue
