Hey!
Could you take a look at http://www.myninjaplease.com/navin and give me a suggestion as to why the transitions and the menu animations wouldn't be working?
It's installed on WP 3.01... I'm a little stumped.

The javascript files can't be found on your server - they are needed for the website effects (transition, etc.).
If I want to view the javascript files in my browser i get an 404 error:

please unpack the cubit folder and upload all files to your server - the path indicates that you did unpack ALL files (including psd and documentation) and not only the theme files. Unpack only cubit.zip and upload it to your themes directory. The path should look like
http://www.myninjaplease.com/navin/wp-content/themes/cubit/js/jquery-1.3.1.min.js?ver=3.0.1
instead of
