I´ve using the Velvet template at this site:

with the qTranslate plugin, and it works quite good, except with some content on the Widgets.
I´ve create a Contact widget with a "Text" on it as following:

but as you could check, the translation shortcode at the Title works but not at the content.
How could I fix this issue?
