trouble setting up image slider

I've gone through the documentation and activeden forums trying to discover what small thing I may be missing in setting up my image slider at http://lancebrooksinternational.com. Is it possible to take a look at my site and see what is missing? The way I understand the setup, 2 images should be cycling through on the home page but I see nothing. Please advise.

Additionally, I set up the images in two sample posts with the proper category. Perhaps my posts are not set up correctly. I'm pulling my hair out trying to get this.

Hey!

Have you set a static page as the homepage (WP admin -> Settings -> Reading)?

This would disable the slider because index.php won't be loaded to generate the page...

That was the problem. So now the slider is showing on my initial page but not on the other pages. How do I change that? And can I have a different image or images for each page?

Hey,

The slider shouldn't show up on all pages - just the front page as per the demo :)

If you want to modify the theme to have them show up on all pages and this is beyond your abilities, check out this Theme Forest thread:
