    Hello!

I’m working on speeding my site loading time. Already done everything that is recommended here.
Currently I have running Comet Cache, Jetpack, BWP Minify plugins. Also I set up CDN by CloudFlare and installed their plugin as well.

From my side the site loads pretty well – from 2 to 4 seconds (depending on PC/device and location).
But when I’m checking speed via Pingdom and Gtmetrix the results are bad: usually it shows from 5 to 12 seconds.
    PageSpeed Score is 75-84.

I will be thankful if you could give me some advice what can I also do to achieve better results in test.

P.S. I’m also going to try WP Smush.

    Thank you in advance!

    Regards,
    Artem

    Hi artemtik,

Most of the time is spent waiting on your site, you will see that represented in yellow in the waterfall chart on Pingdom. I would bring that up with your hosting provider. You might want to consider changing hosts if they are not able to get the waiting time down.

    Thanks,
    Rikard

Thank you very much, Rikard, for the fast reply!

Do you think that waiting time should be also decreased by using CDN?

    Thanks!

    Hi,

I think it should yes, I’m no expert on the subject but the whole point of using a CDN should be to speed the site up :-)
