I was wondering if there was a way to change the way the preview images on the main page work on the Twicet theme. Currently if you click on the preview image it just faded the larger featured image back and you have to click the large image to go to the post or page. I want to be able to click the preview image thumbnail and go immediately to the post without having to click the larger image.
I know that this has something to do with the Javascript file. I don't know much about editing javascript code, but when I do open the script to edit it, I can remove the "preview image" from the script and it allows me to then click the image and go to the link, however it seems to disable the code so that the "featured image" doesn't rotate anymore.

Hey,

The only place I can see this functionality is in the Portfolio (please let me know if you see this elsewhere).

To update the page to go directly to the page rather than show a larger image, open up template_portfolio.php and find this code:

echo '<a href="'.$portfolio_image.'" rel="lightbox[portfolio]"><img class="aligncenter" src="'.$portfolio_image_small.'" alt="" /></a>';

Change it to:

echo '<a href="'. get_permalink() .'" ><img class="aligncenter" src="'.$portfolio_image_small.'" alt="" /></a>';
