My twitter feed isn't current in every browser or on my cell phone. Not sure what the problem is?

The twitter API can be a little funky sometimes. Typically it can take up to 2 days for it to sync properly once added in but even then I've seen some weird issues where it has a big of lag time depending on the source.
Its further complicated if you are using a caching plugin of any kind as sometimes they cache the content and aren't pulling the new content dynamically.
