    I wanted to include the Twitter Profile-Widget to show up my current tweets in the sidebar. But it makes a mistake that you can see on the screenshots I made.

    It works on every other page that I tried, only not at the avisio.

    it should look like this (of course with different colors)

    but looks like this

    The problem is that it includes a line in the top of the widget … but there shouldn´t be one.

    I tried the code that Twitter offers as well as the Plugin … but both possibilities end up with the same result.

    Any help?

    Hey!

    Which plugin / code are you using?

    If this is the widget from twitter.com, you have the options to change the colours there.

    Regards,

    Hey James,

    it has nothing to do with the color, this is no problem!! The problem is the line that it gets bc of the theme code.

    Look at the header of the first screenshot and then check the header of the screenshot how the same thing looks like in the sidebar of the page, with the right color. It cuts the head and destroys the structure with a line that shouldn´t be there. Maybe it thinks that the widget is over and puts in this line??

    how to change this?

    wow, I am not that stupid to ask how to change the color! ,-)

    Hey,

    You’d be surprised at some of the question’s we’re asked so I can’t guess your level of knowledge :)

    Can you post the site URL, some code from the theme is interfering and I need to play with FireBug to find it.

    Cheers,

    James

    Well, I agree with you, I´ve already seen some funny questions.

    here you can check the page.

    The twitter-widget is on each page in the right sidebar. would love to get some further information from you!

    cheers,

    Hey!

    Gotcha, I think I’ve already answered this here: http://www.kriesi.at/support/topic/twitter-badge-disabling-css

    Let me know if it all works with the code I added there. :)

    Best regards,

    James

    Hey,

    The alignment seems to be ok now (clear your cache if you still have the original style) however there is a change needed to get rid of the border.

    Change this:

    .twtr-widget a { border: none !important; display: inline !important; width: auto !important; }
    .twtr-widget-profile h3, .twtr-widget-profile h4 { display: inline; margin: 0 0 0 5px !important; }
    .twtr-ft a { width: auto !important; }

    to this:

    .twtr-widget a { border: none !important; display: inline !important; width: auto !important; }
    .twtr-widget-profile h3, .twtr-widget-profile h4 { display: inline; margin: 0 0 0 5px !important; border-bottom: none !important; }
    .twtr-ft a { width: auto !important; }

    Cheers,

    James

    well, it´s not working perfectly but what can I expect?! I think I´ll have to leave it like that.

    cheers
