    Hi there,
    it is not possible to load images in the right size and the layer-slider didn’t work.
    I always get this error:
    TypeError: _self.imageUrls[key] is undefined
    What should I do to solve this?

    HAllo,
    aus irgendeinem Grund kann ich ins Enfold keine Bilder laden bzw. werden diese nicht angezeigt.
    Zuerst mit WP 4.5 versucht, habe ich jetzt die Version 4.4.2 genommen – aber es bleibt dabei, kein Bild.

    Kann es was mit dem Woocommerce (2.5.5) zu tun haben?

    Hi Rikard,
    i’ll give you the access. It’s crazy, because it is possible to load up some pictures, but not all sizes and not everywhere..

    It will be great if you can fix the problem and tell me about.

    Hi there,

    I still have no solution for the problem. it’s not possible to load bigger images in my enfold theme.
    Is there a known problem with sizes?
    Is it maybe just the woocommerce plugin?

    I did the update, tried it with an lower WP version and it´s still the same…Can you please help?!

    Hi,

    We need the authentication or .htaccess to the site. Please provide that info as well. Do you mean the file size or the image dimension? If it is the file size, try to increase the upload_max_filesize value: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/2184513/php-change-the-maximum-upload-file-size

    Hi,

    please upgrade your WordPress version.

    Please deactivate all plugins one by one to check which one is causing this issue and let us know if this solves the problem.
    In addition to that, please let us know if we are allowed to deactivate one or more of your plugins as well for testing purposes :)

    Hi Andy,

    vielen Dank, aber obwohl ich auf die neueste WordPress Version geupgraded hab, alle Plugins deaktiviert habe, funktioniert es immer noch nicht..

    Ich glaube, dass irgendetwas mit den Einstellungen in der functions.php nicht stimmt. Ich hab in der functions.php mal etwas geändert, es wieder in der Urzustand zurück versetzt und auf einmal sind etwas mehr Möglichkeiten beim Laden der Bilder da. Aber es ist immer noch nicht möglich größere Bilder zu laden (mir fehlt in der avia.config alles was größer als 600px weite hat).

    Ihr könnt gerne probieren, ob Ihr den Fehler findet, denn so kann ich leider nichts machen.. (Backup ist erstellt – kann also nicht schlimmer werden.. ;.))

    Hey!

    Eventuell sind einige Theme Dateien korrupt und in diesem Fall müsstest du alle Theme Dateien via FTP komplett löschen und dir hinterher eine frische Enfold Kopie von deinem Themeforest Account besorgen: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/install-enfold-over-ftp/
