    Hi there,
    I updated to the latest versions of wordpress and woocommerce. Since then I have the following issues
    With woocommerce active
    – pages won’t load for editing
    – can’t add new products or categories
    – WP full calendar linked to events manager is blank

    If I deactivate woocommerce all of this is solved so I’m guessing it’s the woocommerce update and not the wordpress update. Everything worked fine before the update.

    Hey ScubaGirl!

    Which version of the theme are you using? If not the latest 2.6.4, please update the theme as well – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

    Cheers!

    Hi Yigit,
    I wasn’t running on the latest version but I have updated it since. Now not only do I still have the same problems as before but also the social icons in the header are not showing up in Chrome and I am getting a blank page when I try to log into the admin.

    Hey!

    Thank you for the info.

    Did you recently update to WP 3.9? We would like to check the actual website. Please download the latest version from your themeforest account then update the theme via FTP. Please refer to this link for more info: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

    You might want to increase the wordpress php memory limit to at least 128M. Depending on your hosting environment you might experience an issue when trying to access the Advance Layout Builder. This is usually due to the builder timing out because of a memory limit in your server environment. The first thing you can do to fix this is to add the following lines in your wp-config.php file located at the root of wp directory:

    define( 'WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '128M' );
    define( 'WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M' );

    You can also contact your host if you’re not comfortable doing the adjustments yourself. Refer to this link for more info: http://dailyblogging.org/wordpress/increase-wordpress-memory-limit/

    Best regards,
    Ismael
