I did a brand new wordpress install and purchased the Enfold theme. When I import the Default Demo I get a success message and Save Changes. When I go to the live site it appears only the colors have changed. It does not appear any of the demo pages or images have been imported.
I did a search in the forums and I have added the following to wp-config.php and also contacted my host to set my memory to 256MB.
define(‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘256M’);
After doing that I tried to do another demo import but got the same result. I also did a WordPress Reset but still no luck.
Your help is greatly appreciated.

June 13, 2016 at 6:53 am #647197Hi,
Please let us know if we have permission to deactivate plugins and test the import feature.
If you like to find which plugin is causing the conflict please follow these steps:
1. Go to your plugins page > Deactivate all active Plugins
2. Update WordPress and Enfold to latest version if you have not.
3. Make sure all the plugins are updated.
4. If the problem does not persist when plugins are turned off, activate one plugin at a time and refresh until you find the plugin in conflict. We await the results of your plugin compatibility test.
Thanks for your cooperation :)
Best regards,

You can go ahead and login to the site to deactivate the plugins and test the import feature. It’s a brand new install with the latest versions so it just has the basic plugins. However, I did install WordPress Reset since it is recommended on other posts with the same issue.

Looks like you guys might be doing some stuff to the site. I disabled all of the plugins and tried again and still no luck. :(
June 13, 2016 at 7:53 pm #647608I think I’ll hold off on importing the demo contents for now. I think I can create some of the pages with trial and error. I’ll let you know if I need further help. Thanks!

BasilisJune 13, 2016 at 9:28 pm #647656Hi Basilis,
Is there a manual way to importing the demo content? Thanks!
June 14, 2016 at 5:54 pm #648171I’m having the same problem with importing demos. I followed everything but it doesn’t work. How can we import images? I used the XML file you have, without images. I would like to use the whole demo.
