    Hello.

    I am unable to update my website.

    Getting this error:
    Update Failed: Could not copy file. enfold/includes/admin/demo_files/photography.php

    My theme forest username and API code are plugged in.

    Please update the theme manually via FTP.

    Greetings from Vienna!

    I do have a problem with the update 3.8. doing it automatically within WP.

    result: the site is no longer available (ERROR 500).

    Should I retry it or try to update via FTP? And what is there to install? When I download the zip file from Envato Market “installable wordpress file only” it is the whole file. Do I have to do a new complete enfold installation?

    Please advice urgently. Thank you in advance and

    Thank you for the info.

    It looks like the files are incomplete or corrupted. Please do a manual update via FTP. Same links above:

    Thank you Ismael!

    I did not manage to update up to now, because we had to move the theme to the final domaine.

    My question is:

    Where do I find the files to be updated on themeforest? I went to my account on Envato Market and in downloads, I found a zip file of 23MB:

    4519990-enfold-responsive-multipurpose-theme-wordpress-theme (3)

    Is it the right actual file to be installed, as it is the whole theme I suppose?

    Hi Gerhard,

    That should be the correct file yes, but you will need to unpack it on your local computer first, you will find the actual theme .zip in the unpacked folder.
