is there some type of universal form input css?
I installed some live support software and this is how it looks:
its as if some css from the theme is making it look like this. When enfold is not enabled the live support text fields look perfect.
Yes, when a plugin doesn’t use the proper plugin implementation and keep its css specific to itself it will inherit the theme css. If you have a live site we can see the fields we can assist if possible in cleaning it up a bit.
This is my website:
on the bottom right if I am online in my support chat it will show the window like shown in the image in my original post. If I am offline please click the support button at the very bottom in my footer. It should also show the text input css override.
I tried to open the chat box but I just see following error:
