    Hello, for the past week iv’e been trying to figure out what is wrong with the theme but for some reason it isn’t letting me update anything on my pages. We have to push the launch date for our website until next month because of this issue.

    Now, when i add anything from the avia layout builder my content seems to be erasing when i click the update button. When i add any type of content everything seems to go away as soon as i hit the update button. It is really frustrating because i can’t do anything. If anyone knows what the problem is please help.

    Hey irisheagle,

    Could you please provide us with a temporary admin login so that we can take a closer look? You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply. Is the front page the one you are having problems with?

    It’s not the front page it’s mostly everything. When i add content to any page it seems to disappear after i click the update button.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the login, I think you will have to be a bit more specific about what is going wrong since I updated the first page in the pages list and it worked without any problems (link in private).

    Are you using any html markup in what you are trying to add? If so make sure that your markup is properly closed as can otherwise break the builder.

    To be more in depth with what is going on

    as soon as i add anything on on any page everything seems to be missing after i click the update button for example here is how i would regularly do a page

    1. Start a fresh new page

    2. Click the Avia layout buiilder

    3. I start to click just content boxes and then i click to add text and a special heading

    after i have inserted all my content I’m ready to publish so i click on the “UPDATE” button and as soon as the page refreshes the content seems to disappear and i have to re-do this again i’m at the point where i don’t know what to do. Iv’e asked friends who are website experts and they seem to be editing fine when they use it. They all log in from my log in. You said it worked for you which is what everyone tells me. But i don’t see the problem

    Hi,

    Ok, I think the problem lies with the content you are adding then. Could you try to add your content again without adding any styling to it? What I mean by that is not selecting some text to be bold for instance, if it still should not work then please post the content you are trying to add and we’ll have a look at what could be going wrong.
