    Just got the update message for coherence. But how do I update it. I downloaded the file but there is no auto update feature in the theme is there?
    Do I just FTP and overwrite the files?

    Hi elames!

    Thank you for using the theme!

    Yes, you need to override the theme files via FTP. Please refer to this link and watch the tutorial about updating files via FTP: http://www.kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

    Best regards,

    I ftp’d the new updates over and it totally wrecked the look of my site. I put back the custom styles and it will NOT make the changes. so….
    Now what do I do?

    Update. I had to have my hosting company restore the site. Something in your update would not allow the custom styles I had set to be used. I tried over and over but nothing would take. I am not updating any other sites using this theme unless someone can find out what the issue is.

    Without seeing the issue live there isn’t anything we can do at the moment to address it but we are looking into it separately.

    This past update was in preparation of WordPress 3.9 so it might be a conflict there.

    Thanks for helping! This can be fixed by changing functions.php.

    Search for

    add_action('wp_head', 'avia_custom_styles', 20);

    and change it to

    add_action('init', 'avia_custom_styles', 20);

    I will release an update immediately

    I will wait for the update. This was scary to see all of my custom styles gone and nothing I tried could get them back. Thanks

    Update should be available in a few hours once its approved by themeforest ;)
