    Hello;
    I have received an email from ThemeForest reporting a new version of the theme Enfold, indicating that it is appropriate to update the theme.
    As I can update the theme without losing the content?
    If I upgrade to the latest version, I lose the changes and the content of the theme?

    Any content you’ve added or changes you’ve made to the site through the WordPress admin will not be lost after an update.

    However, if you’ve directly modified any html, php, css, or javascript files then updating may revert them back to original unless you used a child theme. It sounds like you’re new to this tho so I’m assuming you haven’t modified any of these file and you have nothing to worry about.

    And now as I do the upgrade to the new version issue?
    what steps I have to follow to install the new version?

    From the wordpress administrator in the management of the workforce, in paragraph Theme Updates says;

    “Updates not available. You are running the latest version! Great!”

    You can try updating via FTP
