Hello all,
I have added some new php files and codes in the Woocommerce plugin to ad an additional image tab. There was a update of the plugin and I updated automaticly the plugin. Ofcourse it overide the previous version and my code was gone. Is there a way to do a update without loosing my custom codes? Or do I have to do a manually update?

If you need to hack the core plugin files for your mods I see no easy way to make your code "update safe". If you just use hooks/actions, etc. to change the plugin behaviour you can paste it in functions.php or even create your own plugin with it: http://codex.wordpress.org/Writing_a_Plugin
