    Hi,

    I have just updated to v1.3 and now the zoom function is a link function (hover zoom icon is now the link icon, etc.).

    How do I change it back so when you click on an image it zooms the image instead of linking to that portfolio item page? There must be an option to change it somewhere.

    Also prior to update, when I changed the pretty-photo theme (black squared for example) and zoomed images in mobile sizes the zoom function wouldn’t work. It would not zoom/fit the width like it does with the default pretty-photo theme at mobile sizes. I have not had a chance to check if this has been fixed as zoom function is now the link function.

    Thanks for any help.

    The demo portfolio images also don’t have the zoom function enabled anymore but the link function.

    Is there an option somewhere to change it back to zoom? I have tried changing the settings with Link URL in featured media.

    At the moment I’ll be going back to using v1.2.

    Hi ABGraphicDesign,

    I just did a quick test with a clean install of 1.4 and when I set the Featured media “Apply link to the image?” option to “Open Lightbox when clicked” I didn’t have any issues with the image opening in a lightbox instead of linking to the post page.

    Can you check to make sure that you have this option selected on the portfolio Featured media and after you save it give it a test.

    Regards,

    Devin

    Thank you Devin the zoom function is working again.

    Do you know why the pretty-photo themes (apart from “pp_default”) won’t fill the width of the screen at mobile sizes?

    I’m using this code that “Dude” gave to change the pretty-photo theme. I’m replacing the section ‘pp_default’ with ‘dark_square’:

    elements.prettyPhoto({ social_tools:”,slideshow: 5000, deeplinking: false, overlay_gallery:false, default_width: ww, default_height: wh, theme: ‘pp_default’, /* light_rounded / dark_rounded / light_square / dark_square / facebook */ });

    Hmm no, I don’t know. They should all behave exactly the same as far as I know. If you make a new topic on it I’ll flag it for Kriesi and Peter to take a look at (my javascript is a bit rusty).

    Regards,

    Devin
