Updated to woocommerce 2 and Propulsion Now Template Builder is not working. Everything works except for Template Builder. It is a weird behavior. In wordpress administrator I click the woocommerce template builder and it takes me to the page "Install Required Plugins": BB Press Forum Software. Which I don't need by the way. Need some help on this, please. Thanks!

In a related matter and this time after clearing my cache and cookies ;) I am experiencing the same issue! This doesn't only concern the Template builder but also the Woocommerce Tabs ( Pages, Catalog and so on) I always get redirected to the BB Press Plugin... ?

Go ahead and install and activate BBPress for now. It shouldn't effect anything but it looks like the code that is used to give the popup for recommended plugins is having some issues with the updates.
Just installing and activating it should fix the issue until Kriesi can release a fix.
