Upgraded to 3.6.1…problems

I am using a child Theme. Didn’t see anything about changing anything for Child for the 3.6.1 update.

Had to comment out this line in header.php to make site visible and not an error.
$filterable_classes = avia_header_class( avia_header_class_string() );

After commented above line menu is not where it should be.
