When upgrading to 1.9 Propulsion from 1.7, is it then possible just to update certain files in stead of all files?
And if so, where can I find which files to update?
I have hardcoded some stuff due to problems with the danish translation..

Yes, download the theme zip file from themeforest.net and open it. You'll find several files in it, among them propulsion.zip which contains the theme php, etc. files and a change log called version.rtf (or version.txt). This change log helps you to find the updated files. You can use ftp to transfer/upload the updated files to your server.
