    Hi,
    Our website is currently in final stages of development but there is an extension popping up on our home URL and my developer is saying it is theme related. Any suggestions? Thank you very much!

    It does not seem to be theme related as this is the first time i am seeing it :)
    Can you please try de-activating all active plugins and check if that helps?
