Please show me how to get this effect with the Coherance theme. I know how to align left, but not the image size large part.

I have now figured out how to do this with an actual image file, however, in your post, you use text. Please explain or link to show how to do this? Is there a way to make the text be considered an image?

Hi,

Do you mean the quote block? You can do that like this

[quote float="left"]Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetuer adipiscing elit. Aenean commodo ligula eget dolor. Aenean massculus mus.[/quote]

Try to "Import Dummy Data" to learn more about each templates. :)
