   Hi there, I would like to have my site hosted on wordpress.com using the shoutbox theme. Is this possible? is shoutbox an official wordpress theme?

   Hey,
   when searching the theme database of wordpress.com you won't find it and they don't allow custom themes. To use the theme you should install Wordpress (from wordpress.org) on a server and install the theme this way.
