    Hi! I would like to replace the full-width Slideshow area at the top of a specific page with a full-width text / HTML area.

    When trying to achieve this with a Text Area in a Dynamic Template, the sidebar is in the way. I would like the sidebar to be under this area (like in the Big Preview, Right Sidebar page layout option).

    Is there an easy way to achieve this?

    Hi,

    You can use the Template Builder to create different layout. You can create a page without the slider.

    Ismael,

    Thanks for your response.

    When I use Template Builder to create a layout without a slider, the content still appears next to the sidebar. I need a content area above the sidebar. Any ideas?

    Thanks!

    Hi,

    Create a page, name it Page1 for example. Edit page.php then find this code

    <!-- ####### MAIN CONTAINER ####### -->
    <div class='container_wrap <?php echo $avia_config['layout']; ?>' id='main'>

    Below, add this code

    <?php
    wp_reset_query();

    if ( is_page( 'Page1' )) {

    echo "<div class='container html-container'>";

    get_template_part( 'includes/loop', 'html' );

    echo "</div>";

    } else {

    }
    ?>

    Make sure that the is_page function is set to the name of the new page you create.

    Now open includes folder, create a file called loop-html.php. You can place anything you want on that file.

    Regards,

    Ismael
