    Hey, one one our users has reported that the pages on the website keep on reloading when viewing the site with an ipad(this interferes with the ability to comment and watch videos especially), I just want to know if this is a known issue or not, if it’s something that’s definitely on the user’s side, have other people reported similar problems, and if so, has any solution been found?

    I have never heard about this issue. Could you post the link of the website please? Does it happen on another iPad as well?

    I haven’t been able to test it yet, I found a website where you can look at other websites as though it was an Ipad, but I don’t know how accurate that would be to a real one.

    Hey!

    I checked the site on an iPod and I was able to watch one of the video. The website is not reloading automatically. Ask your visitor to restart his device then remove browser cache.
