I understand how to get an external link to pop up in a new window but how can I do the same thing with an internal link (a link within the same domain as the wordpress site)?
Cool work by the way. Very impressive.
I wrote a tutorial about _blank linking here: http://www.kriesi.at/support/topic/i-want-that-external-links-links-to-other-websites-open-in-a-new-windowtab
I guess I am not making it clear. I am trying to put a link within the content that will open an HTML page from the same domain in a new window. The “_blank” target is showing up when I view the source but when I click on the link it tries to slide rather than opening a new window.
I know it is almost impossible to figure this out from a message so here is the link that isn’t working correctly:
it should open this is a new window:
Thanks for all your help,
Poked around in the custom.js and saw the .no_ajax class referenced. By setting the links class to “no_ajax” everything worked fine. Is that an okay solution or did I just screw something else up with it?
Again thanks and have a great day.
