    I create a post with standard editor: when i view the post everything is perfect:
    – the feature images is displayed as should
    – the heading is nice and bold as should
    – categories (and other taxonomies assigned) are displayed

    BUT: when I use advanced layout editor it is all messed up
    – no feature image
    – heading grey and at wrong position
    – no taxonomies displayed

    I want to make use of templates but therefore i need the advanced layout editor. But like that it does not make sense.

    Please help. Thanks a a lot

    Hey Andreas!

    When using the layout builder for your posts they will behave like a page so none of the regular post elements will be displayed. You need to add these in manually with the special heading element, comments element, etc etc.

    If you want them to display automatically then it would be best to use the default editor.
