    Hi,

    My website is http://museumofthehorsesoldier.com/ and I’m trying to edit the white background table.

    I’d like to replace the white with a repeating image (something of light, subtle texture) but I can’t figure out what pages to edit, or if anything needs to be added into the custom.css file.

    Any advice?

    Hi ajarkovsky,

    I don’t see a table on the home page there at that link but I think you mean the general white background of the content area. If so, Try adding the following CSS to your Quick CSS (located under the Styling Tab in the theme options) or the custom.css file in the css folder of your theme files:

    #wrap_all, #main {
    background: #fff;
    }

    Then modify the background property with the values you want to get a background image, color etc.

    Regards,

    Devin

    Hi Devin,

    I wanted to do the same thing, repeat image in main content area. I tried your suggestion:

    #wrap_all, #main {

    background: #fff;

    }

    No luck. Any other suggestions? Thanks so much.

    Hi,

    Devin’s code should work.

    #main {
    background: url('IMAGE URL HERE') repeat;
    }

    Change the background url.

    Regards,

    Ismael
